We provide an online crowdfunding platform that allows individuals, groups, and organizations (“Campaign Creators” or “Organizers”) to create fundraising campaigns and receive voluntary contributions (“Donations”) from donors, supporters, or backers (“Donors” or “Contributors”).

4. Fundraising Campaigns

4.1 Creating a Campaign
Campaign Creators must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about the fundraising purpose, goals, and use of funds. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination.

4.2 Approval and Review
We reserve the right to review, approve, decline, or remove campaigns at our discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4.3 Use of Funds
Funds raised must be used solely for the purpose stated in the campaign description. Misuse of funds may result in legal liability, account suspension, and refund obligations.

4.4 Campaign Transparency
Campaign Creators must provide updates to Donors regarding campaign progress, fund utilization, and project outcomes.

4.5 Prohibited Campaigns
The following are strictly prohibited:

• Campaigns involving illegal activities, violence, or hate speech
• Campaigns for terrorist financing, money laundering, or fraudulent schemes
• Campaigns promoting adult content, gambling, or weapons
• Campaigns violating intellectual property rights or third-party privacy

5. Donor and Contributor Responsibilities

5.1 Voluntary Contributions
All Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as specifically permitted under these Terms.

5.2 No Equity or Ownership
Contributions do not constitute an investment, equity stake, or ownership in Maya Sewa Care or the Campaign Creator’s venture. Donors receive no financial return, unless specifically stated in a campaign offering non-monetary rewards.

5.3 Due Diligence
Donors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before contributing. Maya Sewa Care does not guarantee the success, legitimacy, or delivery of any campaign.

5.4 Payment Authorization
By contributing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the specified amount, including applicable fees.

6. Fees and Payment Processing

6.1 Platform Fees
Maya Sewa Care may charge a platform service fee on each contribution. Fees will be disclosed prior to finalizing the donation.

6.2 Payment Processor Fees
Third-party payment processors may charge additional fees for processing contributions. We are not responsible for these fees.

6.3 Currency
Transactions are processed in the currency specified at checkout. Currency conversion fees may apply.

6.4 Disbursement of Funds
Funds will be transferred to Campaign Creators after applicable processing times and deduction of fees. We may withhold funds in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or legal obligations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or campaign purpose
• Engaging in money laundering, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi schemes
• Posting harmful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform’s systems

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership of Services
